A first contact to get an idea of your goals and needs can be conducted either via email or phone followed by an in-person consultation. If you are aiming for personal training the consultation will be combined with a physical assessment including some light exercises. The process takes about an hour and gives us important information about experience, current health and fitness levels and of course most importantly your goals.

There are different indoor and outdoor location options for consultations and personal training sessions. We mainly operate from the locations listed below. Other arrangements might be possible: simply reach out prior to the booking via the contact form at the end of the page, tell us about your special request and we will see what we can do.

    Online Sessions

    Sometimes life is hectic and we are going through a busy period. Maybe you cannot leave your home, due to the car being repaired or maybe it´s your time to take care of the kids. Potentially getting around is a hassle for you as you are currently sick or you are away travelling, but don´t want to miss out on your regular sessions. We want to provide as much flexibility as possible: therefore, all coaching and consultation sessions are also available online for you.
