Individual Micronutrient Analysis

Do you get enough micronutrients for your individual needs on your current nutrition plan?

Maybe you experience some regular symptoms, like fatigue or that recurring headache? You might be one of many who experience problems originating from deficiencies based on numerous factors. A lot of people settle with the symptoms and accept them as part of their day to day life, this is not categorically necessary though.

Online Sessions

Are you currently traveling or do you work irregular shifts? We offer online coaching sessions for you, so you no matter where you are you can get the support you need and can save time to spend with family, friends or to do the things you love.

Just an Inconvenience?

What is an inconvenience now can easily develop into a more troubling problem later on, if not addressed. Plus, would it not be good to feel energized again, and not just okay-ish?

If any of the following applies to you, it is worth investigating the underlying cause as there is a great chance of being able to change things for the better.

Do you…

  • often lack the energy to get things done and have pale skin?
  • have circulation problems and feel weak in general?
  • catch infections or colds way more often than you should?
  • have problems with frequently reoccurring headaches?
  • have problems concentrating on tasks?
  • experience problems with dry or itchy skin?
  • have problems with the corners of your mouth cracking frequently and healing slowly?
  • feel nervous or anxious and don’t know the reason?
  • have easily bleeding gums?

All of the above and more can be indicators for a lack of essential nutrients, either because of an unbalanced diet or because of other factors, which raise your need for proper supplementation above the standard, such as:

  • Pregnancy
  • Stress
  • Sport
  • Smoking
  • Alcohol
  • Medication
  • Processed Foods
  • Environmental Factors

Take Action and find out whether your symptoms are related to a micronutrient deficiency.

How Can You Take Action?

On our website, we offer a simple way for you to do this without having to commute a long way or making time in a busy schedule. You can opt-in for a face-to-face follow up conversation, but it is also possible to have a Skype call instead.

You will be asked to fill in a thorough questionnaire defining personal and environmental circumstances. Then, for one week, you need to fill in a detailed nutrition diary via a template provided by us. After the evaluation, you will receive a consultation including your results and detailed improvement tips. This will help you find a specific direction before spending a lot of money on broad medical testing and potentially not finding anything. Based on the results you might be referred to a GP for a specific blood test afterwards, depending on the circumstances. Following this advice is of course solely up to you. Optional: If desired we can accompany you to the supermarket to help you find your way through the available nutrition options, just leave us a note. To book your Personal Micronutrient Analysis, please reach out via the contact form at the end of the page.

How Much Does it Cost?

The micronutrient analysis including the 30 minutes follow up conversation to discuss improvements is 139 NZD.
Getting personally accompanied to the supermarket for about 45 minutes being able to ask all questions about your favourite products and their ingredients, plus being helped to find the right products for optimum results is 69 NZD*.

*Prices are for supermarket locations in the city centre and south Christchurch. For other locations a travel fee will apply.
